
After obtained his City and Guilds Engineering qualifications at the Ford Motor Company, Graham spent the next few years in sales and marketing within several different industries including printing.
Following some time with a French franchise operation, he joined a London-based cleaning company in 1989 where he was appointed national development director.
Six years later, in 1995, Graham became sales director at Strand and after a year was appointed to the board. After six years with the company and an increase in turnover from £9m to £26m, he joined sister group company Select Facilities Services in December 2001, for which he is now managing director.

Graham played senior amateur football until his early thirties when back problems brought about premature retirement. He was a striker for Ilford when they were in the Isthmian League.
As a Christian the most influential book I have ever read is the Bible. However, in the business world there is an ever-increasing demand on our time, particularly in senior management and the pressures of juggling many balls at once. With this in mind, I
