In his current role with Cofely, a GDF SUEZ company, Colin is responsible for the strategy and continued growth of this £360m turnover business which specialises in energy, technical and facilities services.

Colin is a qualified surveyor with 30 years' senior level experience within the property services sector.

Previously he spent 11 years at MITIE – founding their FM Division and joining the PLC Board in 2001.

His first role in FM was in 1990 when he joined Oliver Jones to establish Symonds FM,  becoming a Director of Symonds Group plc (now Capita Symonds) in 1993.
