i-FM is essentially a daily news source for the industry - but it provides far more than news stories as they break, features on industry developments and the latest and best jobs. It is used daily, with most visitors logging on for the latest update to kick start their day!

1. Website Sponsorship – The best way to maximise awareness and generate leads for your company. This package puts your company right in front of your prospects – facilities professionals – straight from the home page.

2. Banner Advertising – The classic way to advertise on the internet – simple yet effective. Choose from standard banner to skyscraper banner campaigns.

3. Company Listing on the Facilities Services Section - (FM Pages) - Enhance your company, products and services. Companies are  listed alphabetically. Visitors will also be able to search for your company details using i-FM’s dedicated search engine.

4. Recruitment Advertising - the most cost-effective solution to advertise your job vacancies. From a single job posting to a complete packaged solution.

5. Email broadcasting - From £350 per week to £1,000 per month broadcast to over 26,500 FMs every week.


1. Website Sponsorship Package    
Site sponsorship is limited to just eight sponsors. The package consists of:

1. Your company logo put on the i-FM front page – We put your company logo on the i-FM front page which is linked to an info-page (see below).
2. Banner advertisement – Your banner advertisement will rotate between the most popular pages on the site – front page, news page and feature page*.
3. Info-page advertisement - A dedicated page linked straight from your banner advertisement and sponsors page enables you to tailor your offer to the i-FM audience. Email and web links make sure you can link to your own corporate website.
4. Directory listing in the company listing section –  In addition there will be a link from this listing to your Info-page, for you to promote your products and services to i-FM visitors.
5. 5 user licence – You will automatically be issued with a 5 user licence to access real-time news and information on what is happening in FM. Including a fully customisable email alert service.
6. 50 job credits on recruitment site.


All website sponsorship is available for 12 months with the option to roll-over and renew for an additional year.
Website sponsor rates: £15,000 pa / £8,500 for 6 months / Trial rate £4,500 per quarter

* Banner advertising is shared with website sponsors.

 
2. Banner Advertising    
All advertising is available for a one-off monthly campaign or discounted by 10%  for 3 months,  20% for 6 months or 30% for 12 months.

Banner advertising is available across the entire website in two formats:

Standard Banner: 468 x 60 pixels (Landscape)
£600 / 1 month / £1,600 / 3 months  or  £2,900  / 6 months  or  £5000 / 12 months

Skyscrapper Banner: 120 x 600 pixels (Portrait)
£750 / 1 month £2,000 / 3 months  or  £3,600  / 6 months  or  £6,300 / 12 months

No banner advertisement artwork in-house? Don’t worry, i-FM’s creative studio can produce powerful animated banner advertisements to your exact requirements.


3. Company Listing  (www.FMpages.net )
List your company details in the i-FM company listing section. Companies are listed alphabetically. Visitors will also be able to search for your company details using i-FM’s dedicated search engine. Split into 23 categories, you select each service that applies.

Each listing displays comprehensive details about your company, including a full page of HTML text, logo, products and services details and an extended section dedicated to explain more about your organisation. These also link directly to the i-FM search for easy searching of your company within i-FM.

A 12 month listing is £800 - this is discounted when purchased with a licence or any other advertising or sponsorship package on i-FM.

4. Recruitment Advertising    (www.i-FMjobs.net)

Online recruitment advertising is one of the most successful ways to attract new people to your organisation. i-FM can help you target the people you need.

The i-FM recruitment advertising system runs on a credit-based platform:

1 credit = 4 week advertisement advertisement

New Advertisers    - £250 
1 Featured Job Credit - This fee includes the setting up of your extranet account which allows you to manage your job advertisements yourself – add new jobs, edit them, renew listings – and you can also monitor the progress of your existing job advertisements in real-time, noting how many have viewed the advertisement as well as responded, and many credits you still have remaining.
  
Credits can then be purchased on the foilowing basis:

5 job credits     £350 (save £25)
10 job credits     £600 (save £150
20 job credits     £1,000 (save £500)
50 job credits     £2,000 (save £1750)

10% of all credits will be provided as featured credits. You can purchase additional featured credits on the following basis:

Additional job credits    
1 Featured Job Credit       £ 100
10 Feature Job Credits     £ 800
20 Featured Job Credits   £1500

Additionally - become a featured company on the site to enhance your job postings: £250 / month

Unlimited advertising - annual contract: £9000

5. Email broadcasting
Sponsor the weekly email. The email goes out to 26,500 - that's the deepest penetration available in UK FM.
